Jaana Kajanmaa

Senior Director, Cisco Services, Cisco Systems Belgium

Jaana Kajanmaa leads the Global Customer Operations Support group within Cisco Services. She is also a member of Cisco’s board of directors in Belgium, as well as Cisco’s Inclusion & Collaboration sponsor in Belgium and the Women Engineering community in EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia).

Customer Operations Support delivers world class premium support to Cisco’s enterprise, public sector, and commercial customers globally; increasing customers’ operational efficiency and minimizing business disruption. The team operates with a key focus on exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and services innovation.

Prior to her current role Jaana led Cisco’s Global Technical Center (GTC) Delivery within Cisco Services in EMEAR. In the role Jaana introduced new support capabilities to increase services value through increased regional relevancy, improved customer experience, operating model flexibility, and exceptional talent.

Jaana joined Cisco in 2000 as the Global Contact Center (GCC) Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in Brussels. Under her leadership the GCC introduced a new operating model for its contact centers in EMEAR, as well as transitioned to Cisco technology in all customer facing interactions.

Before joining Cisco Jaana held a number of IT positions at Procter&Gamble in Belgium and at Ahlstrom Corporation in Finland.

Jaana holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Joensuu in Finland. She lives in Belgium with her husband, two children, and their German Shepherd Nika; and enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
