The evidence shows that unleashing feminine power is demonstrably good and that we all benefit, women, men, our businesses and civil society.
Despite this we are making slow progress towards gender equality. Ralph will suggest we can ignite and accelerate positive change if we:
- Challenge our existing assumptions about humankind
- Reframe how we define power and how we talk about it
- Ask better questions about what happens when women and men share power
- Stop reinforcing the status quo and break the cycle by each of us behaving differently
