Inclusive leadership: What does it mean in practice? How do you identify it and select the right talent for the future?

72% of employees would consider leaving an organisation for one they think is more inclusive, a recent Deloitte study finds, and 32% believe senior leadership has the greatest impact on inclusion in the workplace. So how do you ensure your leaders and workplace are more inclusive and attract / retain the right talent?

Diversity of markets, customers, ideas, and talent is driving the need for inclusion as a new leadership capability. In this session, we will explore why inclusive leadership is important, what inclusive leadership means in practice and what the key skills of inclusive leaders are, what companies are doing to promote inclusive culture and behaviours – looking at everything from self-awareness to successfully motivating and engaging diverse teams.
