So how do you ensure your leaders and workplace are more inclusive and attract / retain the right talent?

In this session, we will explore why inclusive leadership is important, what inclusive leadership means in practice and what the key skills of inclusive leaders are, what companies are doing to promote inclusive culture and behaviours – looking at everything from self-awareness to successfully motivating and engaging diverse teams.
