SHOW YOUR SUPPORT TO WOMEN AND TO GENDER EQUALITY!

JUMP Sorority Beads

“The more women help one another, the more we help ourselves. Acting like a coalition truly does produce results. […] Any coalition of support must also include men, many of whom care about gender inequality as much as women do. […] I believe that if more women lean in, we can change the power structure of our world and expand opportunities for ALL.”

These words that Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, wrote in her book “Lean In”, exemplify what the meaning of the Sorority beads is: commitment, solidarity and support towards the life and the career of another Woman.

Offer this bead to a Woman whose career you commit to support. Every time she sees it, she will remember that someone believes in her and in her skills.

Where They Come From?

The beads are unique as they are hand-made individually from Italian Murano Glass by Tibetan women in exile. By buying them you also become part of a social enterprise, creating employment and financial independence for these refuges who now live in Dharamsala in the north of India.
