Christine Cecil DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Christine Cecil is an expert consultant in diversity & inclusion, and has accompanied many large organisations in their paths toward gender balance and cultural change towards more inclusion. She has worked with JUMP for 6 years and followed the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme. Prior to JUMP, she has 15 years of corporate experience in marketing (Unilever, Yoplait, eBay) and management consulting.
