  • Patric Jean

    • SPEAKER, AUTHOR, FILM DIRECTOR

    Patric studied philology, theater and then cinema directing. From his first films for cinema and television, he demonstrated an important social commitment as well as an aesthetic research which won him numerous prizes at international festivals. His favorite themes are social issues such as determinism, migration, prison, justice, women's rights ... which can be found in « La domination masculine », « La Raison du plus fort », « Le monde parfait »…

    He has written three books on gender relations (« Pas client », « Les hommes veulent-ils l’égalité ? » (Belin) et « La loi des pères » (Le Rocher)) and is a speaker and trainer on professional equality issues.

  • Christine Cecil

    • CONSULTANT, TRAINER AND CHANGEMAKER IN GENDER BALANCE AND DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

    Christine Cecil is an expert consultant in diversity & inclusion, and has accompanied many large organisations in their paths toward gender balance and cultural change towards more inclusion. She has worked with JUMP for 6 years and followed the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme. Prior to JUMP, she has 15 years of corporate experience in marketing (Unilever, Yoplait, eBay) and management consulting. Christine is multi-lingual, with an international profile and an MBA from INSEAD.

    Stéphanie has a bachelor degree in Public Relations. After finishing her studies, she traveled to many places and worked in London for 7 months.   • Salomé Germain Trigano

    • Consultant in Diversity & Inclusion

    Salomé is a consultant in Diversity & Inclusion. She has previously been deploying an international program towards managerial gender parity in a French gas corporation (100’000+ employees), and more recently strengthened her expertise by working with a large portfolio of private and public organizations, preparing them to get certify in gender & intersectional equity. She has deep insights on industry and country benchmarks when it comes to gender representation across levels of responsibilities, effectiveness of policies and practices and unexplained gender pay gaps.
    She holds a Master’s in Energy Management from ESCP Europe, and a Master’s in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Paris-Dauphine University and Reichmann University. She will also be joining the INSEAD Gender Equality program in April 2023. Her family comes from 5 different countries, and she is fluent is French and English.
