In the past 20 years, Sara has developed her knowledge and understanding of organisational and leadership development and in particular how to find the balance between processes, structures and systems on the one hand, and the more cultural and human related elements on the other.
After her studies in sociology, work sciences and Human Resource Management, Sara started her career as a recruiter at Ahead, a selection office in Brussels. She then worked as a Recruiter, HR Business Partner, Talent Project Manager, D & I Manager and Learning & Development Manager for Deloitte.
Sara gained experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, project management and supervision of complex change projects, as well as facilitating training and workshops.
As a consultant at JUMP she brings together her expertise in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion to guide and support clients in their trajectory towards gender equality in the workplace.
