Mieke Audenaert is postdoctoral researcher in Ghent University, Faculty of Economics and Business Adminstration. She teaches about Competency Management, Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management. In her research she addresses the effects of HRM, investing in employees, job requirements, job design and leadership on motivation, burnout and employee innovation.
