Author of "Managers The Day After Tomorrow", chairman of the board of directors & partner Nexxworks

After spending over 25 years in C-level jobs in sales, marketing and general management at companies such as Desso, Armstrong and Domo Contract Flooring, I have always built my businesses on innovation, new business models, customer centricity and technology as a powerful enable and now I use that experience to inspire companies to develop their own strategy fit for a digital and connected world.

I started this thrilling life as an inspirational keynote speaker in 2012 and since then I have given several hundreds (I never really counted them) of highly rated keynotes around the globe to international companies like Assa Abloy, Cisco, Volvo, Swedbank, Telia, MasterCard, Randstad, Tesla, Nestle’, IBM, Microsoft, Barco, DSM, Bol.com, Smurfit Kappa, Etex, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, … and at numerous international conventions on retail, HR, automotive, food, health….

In 2015 I started nexxworks together with my business partners and friends Peter Hinssen en Steven Van Belleghem to work together in realising our mission: get companies ready for their Day After Tomorrow. We spend many weeks per year in Silicon Valley, China, Berlin, Tel Aviv and other hot spots of digital innovation and are always eager to share what we have experienced and learned over there.

I am a proud member of the jury of Deloitte Best Managed Companies Belgium and I am active in several Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors. I am a frequent lecturer at London Business School, Neyenrode in Breukelen and TIAS in Tilburg. (I am a frequent Flyer too :-))

I love to combine my profound experience as a manager in international companies with my passion for the digital new normal in retail, manufacturing, food and health, pharma, automotive, banking and insurance, HR, IT, logistics, FMCG, packaging,… sales, marketing and management.

I know both the B2C and B2B environment, but I strongly believe in a growing H2H driven C2B world.
