Leaders are stewards and cultivators of inclusive cultures, and must possess emotional intelligence to engage and inspire everyone. Yet, as leaders are disproportionately members of the INSIDER group, they must first see and understand the complexity of their own privilege and insider culture. This session will examine how organisational culture (usually shaped and influenced by INSIDERS) affects morale, engagement and productivity.
