Alexandra has co-led the Consulting Technology practice in Belgium since 2014 which has now grown into a leading practice helping clients identify and solve their most critical information and technological challenges. She also drives innovative and strategic programs focused on Talent, Diversity, Brand & Eminence. She successfully launched the Women In Tech programme at Deloitte Belgium in 2017 aiming to further encourage and develop women working in the digital era. In addition she leads the non-profit partnership with the recently launched 19 coding school and is an active ambassador of the She Loves To Code movement.

She started her career at Deloitte as an analyst after graduating from university, worked in industry for a few years and launched her own e-commerce business in 2005.

Alexandra shares her passion for Technology and entrepreneurship hoping to inspire more women to consider a career in the Tech industry.
