Cassiano is a London-based Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Spotify.

He’s responsible for creating, implementing and measuring programmes that support the company’s Diversity & Inclusion vision in Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and for assisting on scaling, sustaining and maintaining inclusion best practices and programs throughout its global tech organisation.

Prior to that, Cassi worked at Google for over 7 years in several regional and global roles across London, Dublin and São Paulo, and another 4 years as a HR manager for Danone in Brazil. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business at Universidade de São Paulo and published a paper on Sexual Diversity in the Brazilian Workplace.
