Erwin Ollivier graduated in German Philology at the KUL and after his military service completed additional courses in marketing communication and crisis management. His career so far spans almost 30 years and covers various sectors as financial services and car leasing (Lease Plan, DLL and Athlon), Travel and Road Side Assistance (Europ Assistance) and the call center business (SITEL). During his career Erwin took up various local and international positions which gained him a lot of expertise in different working cultures. Currently he is the General Manager of Athlon, recently acquired by Daimler Financial Services.

Erwin is also President of the Chamber of Commerce Vlaams-Brabant and member of the board of Innovatiecentrum Vlaams-Brabant. In 2016 Erwin was elected ‘Corporate Gender Equality Ambassador’ at the Jump forum for his track record in bringing gender equality in a pragmatic way into practice. He is the youngest of a family of four and the only son. He is happily married and father of two daughters.
