Femi Otitoju
Diversity thought leader - Managing Director, Challenge Consultancy
Femi Otitoju founded Challenge Consultancy in 1985. Today she is in demand to design and deliver training solutions throughout the private, public and non-governmental organisation sectors. Current clients include the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Smith and Williamson, AMVDDBO, Warner Music International, the Royal Society, the BBC and the Guardian News and Media along with national and global NGOs such as The Children’s Society, Liberty, UNICEF and PLAN International and the Refugee Council.
Femi has written and produced bespoke training films for her clients. Most recently this has been for the Royal Society of Medicine and King’s College, London. She is currently filming in the Houses of Parliament for training to be rolled out to the House of Commons and the House of Lords in April.
She is developing the Challenge Consultancy e-learning package to be launched after Easter.
Femi regularly addresses conferences and events as a key-note speaker on a wide variety of equality and diversity issues. She has also been fundamental in reviewing, revising and helping implement to equality strategies in many large organisations as part of this process Challenge is involved with the Judicial Appointments Commission and the Ministry of Justice.
