Tanguy DE BELAIR, graduated in 1990 from the Aix‐ Marseille University in France majoring in International Business Administration and International Trade Law.

In 1990, he was appointed Deputy CFO for the Asian operation of VINCI Construction (part of VINCI) and
based in Hong Kong In 1993, Tanguy DE BELAIR was appointed CFO Asia by Vinci Construction. He supervised the administration & finance in North and South East Asia and led the development of global Human Resources strategies in the region Embarking on a career change, from 2001 to 2008, Tanguy was based in Paris.

After graduating as fashion designer in 2004, he worked as CEO of the Michel millinery (owned by Chanel) and then as Head of Women Tailoring at Louis Vuitton Upon finalization of the design & build contract for the Qatar Bahrain Causeway, Tanguy rejoined VINCI as Administration & Finance Manager of this 3.5Bio USD project and then of the Sheraton carpark project in Doha.

In 2011, VINCI Construction appointed Tanguy as CFO Middle East in Dubai for the Soletanche Freyssinet group of companies.

Along with his CFO responsibilities, in 2011, Tanguy joined the newborn VINCI global network of Diversity Enablers. In November 2015, Tanguy was appointed as Diversity Manager of the VINCI group based in the Rueil-Malmaison headquarters reporting to the groups’ Human Resources & Sustainable Development Director, member of the Groups’ Executive Committee and for the first time in his career working for VINCI in France!
