Anthropologist, Norm Entrepreneur, and Global Change Maker pioneering innovative approaches for practitioners to accelerate inclusiveness, equality, and gender parity in their sphere of influence. She is a behaviour, culture, and system designer. Founder of the change-organisation Move the Elephant for Inclusiveness, Co-Founder of the non-profit Inclusion Nudges initiative and community, and Co-Author of the Inclusion Nudges Guidebook. Formerly she worked as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity in a multinational corporation, and at the Danish Institute for Human Rights. World Economic Forum honoured Tinna Young Global Leader 2015-21, and she is co-chair of the Global Future Council on Behavioural Science at the World Economic Forum. Tinna is a strategic partner for inclusiveness and gender parity at the United Nations, and she is partnering with organisations, practitioners, social entrepreneurs and city developers worldwide to redesign communities and organisations. She is playfully teaching and facilitating open innovation, sharing, openness, reciprocity, diversity, inclusion, leadership, and humanity around the world. She is living in Denmark with her family of five.
