Mandy is a Principal at Mercer and Mercer’s European Leader for Diversity & Inclusion and # When Women Thrive. In this function she helps companies through their (gender) Diversity & Inclusion journey, by sharing findings and facilitating data based discussions around the solutions that Mercer can bring in this domain. She is an active participant of Mercer’s Global Diversity & Inclusion networks.

Mandy has been with Mercer for 8 years in the role of a Global HR Mergers & Acquisitions consultant. She enjoys managing (complex) intercultural, change and transformation projects in Global Organizations. She is an active member of various Professional Women Networks and has played an important role in starting Mercer’s internal gender equality network in France and across Europe.

Mandy holds a Drs. / MA, in French and Human Resources Management from the Leiden University in the Netherlands, as well as a certificate in Diversity Management from the Dauphine University in Paris, where she lives. She speaks Dutch, English and French.
