Marie-Cécile Van Ecke

After studying languages, Marie-Cécile took a Master in Sciences at Henley (Reading, UK).
She started her career in Banking at Banque Bruxelles Lambert (today ING) and became member of the Direction Committee at ING.
Since February 2016 she joined BNP Paribas Fortis where she heads the Retail Bank for Brussels Region.
Marie-Cécile is passionate about people, her motivation in leadership is unlocking the potential among employees.
