Yasmin is a Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), trained and qualified with the world-recognised Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is a faculty member of CTI, coaching corporate clients across the world on behalf of CTI. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the international regulating body of the coaching world. Yasmin is a Certified Trainer of the Positive Power & Influence Programme.

Yasmin has over 15 years consulting, facilitation, team and individual coaching experience from CEO and Board Director to middle management in global organisations including EY, The Body Shop, Lloyds Banking Group, RSA Insurance Group, Emap, WGSN, William Hill, KPMG, Kraft Foods, HG Capital and many more. She works for herself and as an associate for companies that align to her values.

Whilst part of her work has been to do with gender balance, her facilitation and coaching skills are more usually deployed on matters of strategy, vision, innovation and senior team alignment.
