Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, is an internationally renown expert on gender balance, the CEO of 20-first, a global gender-balance consultancy, and author of “Seven Steps to Leading Gender-Balanced Businesses,” and “Why Women Mean Business.” She works with C-suite teams to achieve real gender balance by reframing the issue on leadership, culture and systems. In this session she will share her thinking and best practices from the companies she works with in terms of driving cultural change for gender balance.
Katrien Goossens is HR Director and Group Head of Culture, Diversity & Well-being at Euroclear. She will share her experience of leading culture change within her organisation, aimed at building a value-based, purpose-driven, people-oriented and result-focused culture.
