Managing partner of Thriving Talent Benelux

Angel is the Managing Partner of Thriving Talent, responsible for the Benelux region, supporting overall Global Account development and product innovation. She believes that through the Thriving Talent offering, organisations can become friendlier, more human places for working parents.

By fostering fairer, more inclusive and engaged work climates – stress is reduced during a period of time when it peaks – becoming a parent. The more resources we can offer working parents to offset the increase in demands, the better chances we have of avoiding burn-out and keeping the whole system healthy.”

Angel is a psychologist, Executive & Leadership Coach, researcher and consultant with specific expertise in dialogue, (cultural) diversity, and topics related to organisational health & wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting organizations to develop healthier and more resilient work climates and cultures by improving key leadership capabilities. She sees inclusive leadership as being a crucial component in making the transition parenthood a less stressful and more enjoyable period.
Before joining Thriving Talent as a Managing Partner, Angel worked for Deloitte Consulting, B.V as a Senior Manager where she focused on topics of Diversity, Leadership and Culture.

She started her career in 2003 as a learning professional in an environment of more than 40 nationalities, quickly realising the challenges and potential of so much diversity. She has spent her career developing products and (learning) solutions aimed at both supporting and inspiring individual and organisational transformation.
Currently Angel lives in the Netherlands with her partner of 12 years and her 14-year old daughter.
