Jean-Michel Monnot

Fondateur de All Inclusive!

Jean-Michel Monnot is the founder of All Inclusive!, a free-spirited
consultancy firm whose mission is to boost performance through inclusion.
He supports his clients in designing and implementing their D&I strategy,
and is a well known professional speaker. He creates and runs awareness
and training workshops on all themes related to diversity and inclusion, such
as unconscious bias or inclusive recruitment. He is also a well known
professional speaker, involved in both business and government services,
sharing his experience and vision through interactive conferences such as
“Inclusion as a driver for performance” or ” Men in Gender Balance »

In addition to his activities with All Inclusive!, he is also a member of the
“Haut Conseil à l’Egalité entre les Femmes et les Hommes” (Higher
Council for Gender Equality, the French governmental body whose mission
is to ensure consultation with civil society and to animate the public debate
on the main orientations of women’s rights and equality policies), and
founder and vice president of the NGO ‘Divercité’ in Normandy. He also
joined the “Edhec Open Leadership” innovation centre as an associate
expert, and is on the co-authors of the book “Gender Balance, when men
step up”.

Between 2007 and 2016, he was Vice President, Group Diversity &
Inclusion for Sodexo, based in the group’s head office in Issy-les-
Moulineaux. He was in charge of the implementation of the group’s
diversity and inclusion strategy in the countries in which Sodexo operates.
In collaboration with the local teams, he developed and assisted the action
plans, helping with the process of priority-setting for each country according
to its own distinctive reality. He thus promoted local commitment by
encouraging the leaders to sign their country’s diversity charters. Along
with other companies, he also initiated new charters in countries such as
Poland, Czech Republic or Morocco.

During his 25 years at Sodexo, Jean-Michel Monnot also carried out
commercial and operational management functions. After graduating from
Saint-Etienne Business School, he had started his career in the field of
temporary employment.

Jean-Michel Monnot was born in Burgundy and lives in Normandy.
Probably due to his origins, he has developed a passion for wine. This was
actually his first approach to diversity as one of his greatest pleasures is to
discover wines of different regions and countries, different colours, different
aromas and blends, different ages. By moving towards inclusion, he builds a
cellar where each bottle has its own place.
