After a Corporate Banker experience of 12 years, and an HR experience of 10, Claire Godding has initiated Diversity in BNP Paribas Fortis, a 14000 employees Bank in Belgium. In 7 years time, several interesting results achieved, by linking employee diversity to clients diversity, developing internal networks, working on identified glass ceilings, and paying attention to an inclusive culture – especially attention to young parents
