Cedric is a professional coach and a passionate educationist.

Cedric holds a master’s degree in psychology and developed his expertise through 25 years of experience as a senior executive, team leader and independent consultant within leading pharmaceutical, telecommunications and marketing services companies. This specific path has instilled in him an expert knowledge of needs and behavioural analysis. Today he supports company and individual growth and flourishing through a stimulating, inspiring and results-oriented journey – always aligned with their own values and mission.

More specifically, as a business and career coach, Cedric guides executives and entrepreneurs to a clearer comprehension of their drivers and beliefs. This empowers them to fulfill themselves and their objectives in the areas of career design, performance optimisation, time and stress management, work-life harmonisation or purpose identification and integration into their professional identity.

In parallel, Cedric is Co-President of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Belgium building, promoting and preserving the integrity of the coaching profession.

Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about the arts, Cedric is also a photographer whose works have been featured, exhibited and published in United Kingdom, China and Italy including by Vogue Italia.
