Catherine has 20 years experience in international companies where she held senior management positions in Finance and Human Resources.

She strongly believes that performance of organizations is nourished by the balanced and respectful development of all team members, integrating diversity and aligning values and objectives at all levels.

In 2011, she decided to orientate her career to Coaching. Catherine coaches managers and executives in the deployment of their leadership, as well as in personal and organizational transitions. She supports teams in the improvement of communication, performance and teamwork.

Her style as a coach is kind, patient and gently challenging. She offers strong presence and excellent listening skills. She likes to use drawing techniques in her coaching approaches.

Catherine holds a Master in Applied Economics from the Louvain School of Management. She is a certified coach from the International Coaching Federation. She is trained in Transactional Analysis and Organization Systemic Analysis. Catherine is Practitioner in Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach and Certified Process Communication Coach.
