After receiving her M.Sc. in Astrophysics, she turned to communications & public relations. She became Account Manager for a staffing agency specialised in the employment of scientists and engineers. Finally combining her various skills with her true passion to help others succeed, Gaëtane started her own coaching business: Global Leaders Coaching. With her very pragmatic approach, Gaëtane brings coaching to people developing new technologies, often engineers or scientists. 

Thanks to her scientific background, Gaetane assists her clients to connect the dots and to create a plan coherent with their strengths and values. With 7 years of experience in the High-Tech sector, she coaches entrepreneurs to adapt their leadership styles, to create & share effectively their vision with their team.

Having relocated across the ocean four times with a growing family, Gaëtane knows what flexibility means. She also developed a large network across Europe and the U.S., valuable cultural and practical information for Global Leaders.
