The human being is central in Jacqueline’s life and in all that she is doing.

Jacqueline began her career as a teacher and worked with young students for over 9 years. Today, she still assumes a role of Visiting Professor in different master classes. Passionate about the business world, she joined a private company. Since then, she has always been working in the Human Resources field. She acquired a good knowledge of the public sector by collaborating with different organizations in the industry for 10 years.

Coaching was a normal and indispensable evolution for her. She has earned more than 800 hours of coaching. She had the opportunity to work as an internal and external coach, and accompanied junior leaders as well as individuals and executives.

Subject matters of major interest include leadership, change management, career design, and work-life balance. Her major competencies as a coach include an empathic, kind and open-minded approach, with direct and honest communication, and excellent listening skills. She has mastered several coaching techniques and tools such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Process Communication Model (PCM), Transactional Analysis (T.A.). She is also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified.

Since a few months, Jacqueline has launched her own business named “4JConsulting”. She is an ICF Ambassador, responsible for events organisation.
