During the first half of his career Philippe has held several international management positions in the Information Technology sector, including general management. He created his own Executive Search Company in 1989 and became an Executive Coach 16 years ago (202).

In coaching, Philippe want to reveal to individuals and groups their highest potential so they transcend them and guide their organizations towards an integral vision encompassing autonomy and flexibility, alignment with their values, connection with themselves and the world, sense for their actions and success.

As the companion of their professional life, Philippe works with individuals to design and develop their career. He trains future coaches and mentors them to obtain their Professional Coach Certification (ACSTH). He is also an ICF Credentialing Assessor. And he cooperates with company owners to make strategic decisions, grow talents and resources and implement change.
